Orange ink in a Mimaki CJV300-160

Postby Derek » Thu Dec 29, 2016 4:39 am

Good afternoon, recently I bought this Mimaki. I would like to make some test with the oranges but I don’t know how to manage. I need to find the way to print the KTM orange

Any advice?

Thanks forehand

Hey. You should tell us which software do you use to make the ICC thus it’s fundamental to help you.

I have an EPSON plotter with orange as spot color giving me very vivid oranges, but everything goes from the software.

Good morning,
Effectively, software is king in this occasion, it includes libraries and direct interpretations of PANTONE colors. It’s recommended to receive a training course including the machine and the software operation instructions. Any Mimaki official dealer would give it.
